Material Overview
14oz. Vinyl: Mildew, Rot and UV resistant vinyl material ideal for making lightweight tarp. 14 oz vinyl is the lightest fabric we work with, and is ideal for general use, industrial tarps, construction equipment etc.
18oz. Vinyl: 18oz Vinyl is the most popular waterproof fabric used for the tarps where there is high degree of stress or wear. 18oz vinyl material has 60/40 coating making it stronger for outdoor use. Also available in FR (Fire Retardant).
22oz. Vinyl: Durable, Mildew, Rot and UV resistant PVC coated woven polyester scrim used for industrial applications, especially to make truck tarps.
Welding Curtain: These are used to separate welding areas from the other operations or could also be used as a divider in a welding zone.
Clear (Transparent): Clear or see-through vinyl tarps has a thickness of 20 mill, and are commonly used for windows, screens and industrial curtains.
Reinforced Clear: Reinforced Clear is a 14oz material that has more strength and flexibility because of the embedded scrim. This material could be used for curtains and stands up better in cold temp.
Premium Mesh: Premium Mesh is the most primarily used mesh for roll tarps, dump trucks and landscaping trailers.
70% Economy Mesh: High-density polyethylene-wrap knitted mesh. Economy mesh could provide privacy and 70% shade from the sun.
90% H.D. Shade Mesh: 90% Shade Mesh, is the super heavy-duty and the highest quality mesh we work with. This material is similar to the trampoline material, and is ideal for privacy, construction purpose and asphalt trucks.
90% Bruin Mesh: Bruin Mesh or 90% Privacy Mesh is the highest quality mesh used for privacy fencing and curtains.
Canvas: Canvas material could be used for standard covers or tarps. It is a breathable fabric with musty smell, because of which this material is not suitable for inside use. Also available in FR.
