As of February 29th, we will cease operations at our repair and installation facility. Our manufacturing and parts will continue to operate as normal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Overview of the return policy:

  • Stocked item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Original receipt and product packaging required
  • Custom Tarp Projects, Installations and repairs are not refundable
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • Customer will be responsible for return shipping charge
  • 25% restocking fee

In-Store & Online Returns

If a customer is not satisfied with the purchase of any stocked item either in-store or online they could return it to the store within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and must be in the same condition with the original packaging. You must bring the original receipt to the store with the item(s) to process the return.

We would only replace item(s) if it is defective or damaged.

Payment will be refunded via the method used at the time of the purchase.

Custom Tarp Projects & Installation

Custom tarp projects manufactured as per the customer’s request are not eligible for returns and refunds.

No returns and refunds will be processed for any kind of repair and installation service.

Restocking Fee

All the goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
